Shipping

• Shipping is a flat rate of $60
• Shipping is free for orders over $500
• We ship all orders via UPS Next Day Air
• We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States
• Standard delivery days are Wednesday and Thursday, which can be selected at checkout. These are the most reliable days for on-time delivery. If you need delivery on a different day, please contact us directly.
• We monitor weather forecasts at the origin, main UPS hubs, and destination. If there is a weather event that increases the risk of delay, or could negatively impact the health of the corals, we will contact you to discuss other options. 
• We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of shipping live corals.

Guarantee

We guarantee all corals arrive alive. If you experience a Dead-on-Arrival (DOA), please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a description and photo(s) of the issue you’re experiencing. Packages must be received on the first delivery attempt. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control, but will always work with customers to make things right. For instance, if there are losses due to a courier delay outside of the buyers control, we will offer replacements at our expense. If replacements are not available, we will then offer a refund for the lost items, excluding shipping costs.
