Background: One time Vic from WWC told me the full history behind Ari's Avalanche. I can't repeat it all here, but I can assure you this is a piece that belongs in any Acropora collectors tank. Frags start out as a dull mix of green, purple, and brown. However, once this colony takes off it has an incredible growth pattern with green base tissue that transitions to a light blue as it travels up the branch, and a deep blue tip makes for a striking contrast.
